## Description

Statement of Work (SOW) Supply and Delivery of Connex Storage Containers U.S. Coast Guard Cutter AXE Morgan City, Louisiana PART 1: GENERAL Intent The United States Coast Guard requires the procurement and delivery of conex (shipping container) storage units with specified modifications to support operational storage requirements at USCGC AXE, Morgan City, Louisiana.

Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish, modify, and deliver conex storage containers in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Statement of Work. Modifications include electrical systems, insulation, ventilation, personnel access, and climate control components. No alterations outside of this Statement of Work are authorized without approval from the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

All equipment shall be fully functional upon delivery and ready for immediate use. Delivery Location USCGC AXE 800 Youngs Road Morgan City, LA 70380 Continuity of Operations Deliveries shall be scheduled to minimize interference with unit operations. Deliveries shall occur between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), unless otherwise approved by the KO or COR. Government Furnished Materials None. Government Facilities and Utilities None.

Safety The Contractor is responsible for all safety measures during delivery and placement and shall comply with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910 and 1926) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Environmental Compliance All work shall comply with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and all applicable environmental laws. No discharge to storm drains is permitted. All waste must be removed from the site daily. Site Visit Site visits are not required. Point of Contact (POC)

**USCGC AXE Representative BMCS Bosman 906-203-7519 PART 2:** PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS General Requirements Contractor shall supply and deliver conex containers with configurations and modifications as specified below. 40-Foot High Cube Containers (Modified) Quantity: 5 Each

unit shall include:

- Dimensions: 40’ L x 8’ W x 9’6” H High Cube - Condition: New / One-time use Interior Buildout: - Framed interior (2x4 construction) - Insulated with approximately 2” rigid foam board - Finished with 3/8” plywood Electrical System: - External mounted conduit - LED industrial lighting (minimum 4 fixtures) - Circuit breaker load center - 110V receptacles (minimum 4) - Light switch - 110V or 220V receptacle Climate Control: - Fabricated AC opening with reinforced steel frame - Window AC unit (10,000–12,000 BTU, 110V)

**Access:** - Steel personnel door with weather stripping, threshold, deadbolt, and drip cap 20-Foot Containers (Modified) Quantity: 1 Each

unit shall include:

- Dimensions: 20’ L x 8’ W x 8’6” H - Condition: New / One-time use Interior Buildout: - Framed and insulated construction Electrical System: - LED lighting (minimum 2 fixtures) - Circuit breaker load center - 110V receptacles (minimum 2) - Light switch Ventilation: - Door-mounted vents - Sidewall vents Delivery Requirements Contractor shall deliver containers to USCGC AXE. Final placement will be performed by the Government. Contractor shall coordinate delivery timing with the COR prior to arrival.

Contract Timeline - Submittals due within 14 calendar days of award - Government review: 7 calendar days - Contractor shall provide delivery schedule within 14 days of award - Delivery timeline shall be coordinated with COR Submittals Contractor shall provide: - Manufacturer specifications - Electrical documentation - Warranty information Warranty Contractor shall provide manufacturer standard warranties for all equipment and modifications.
