## Description

**Amendment 0002:** Incorporate Responses to Vendor Questions (A19-Attachment 02 - QA Log). Quote Submission Date is extended until May 20, 2025 at 10:00AM ET. The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), has a requirement for an illuminance Meter Calibration Kit in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is set aside for small businesses and will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Order. Questions are due by 2:00PM EST on May 12, 2025. Quotes are due by 2:00PM EST on May 13, 2025. Delivery is required within 30 days of contract award.
