## Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Department of Labor, Office of the Chief Procurement Executive (OSPE), intends to award a sole source contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available: White Sands Technology, Inc. 6737 Variel Ave Canoga Park, CA 91303-2879 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 - Information Technology.

DOL Office of the Job Corps Data Center (JCDC) currently uses Proactive Database Administrator SQL maintenance and services. The software is proprietary to White Sands Technology, and as such, they are the only source that can provide the specialized services required. This action will result in a firm fixed price contract. White Sands Technology offers ProActive Database Administrator SQL and services. The Requirement Specifications are attached.
