## Description

Amendment 1 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to RFQ number 1605TB-24-Q-00161 is to:

1) Extend the RFQ closing date to Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM EDT from Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM EDT.

The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), in support of the Office of Workers' Compensation Program (OWCP) has a need for Multi-Function Device (MFD) Production Printer for lease with maintenance support services in accordance with this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ will result in a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.

The anticipated period of performance: The delivery should be within 90 days of award. A modification will be processed to reflect the 12-month lease term based on the delivery date. There will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month options based on the delivery date. Section 4, pg. 61 - Instructions to Vendors of the RFQ provides general guidance for preparing quotations as well as specific instructions on the format and content of the quotation.
