## Description

The purpose of this Task Order is to acquire the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) (formerly Kronos, Inc.) WebTA/GovTA Time and Attendance hosting services.

These services will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of maintaining UKG GovTA software licensing, installation, upgrades, maintenance, testing, training, related professional services, integration with other HRLOB products, as well as post production support and ongoing product modifications to meet the needs of all DOL employees for Time and Attendance (T&A) services.

In addition, the use an automation tool to provide customized automation, integration, reporting, and other functionality automation in GovTA. This acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program and resulted in a Federal Supply Schedule Firm Fixed Price Task Order.
