## Description

**Amendment 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the deadline for questions to 3:00 PM on Friday, April 12, 2024. The deadline to submit quotations is also extended to 5:00 PM on Monday, April 15, 2024.

2. Clarify that questions must be submitted in writing via email. Questions submitted through other means will not be accepted.

3. Clarify that this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Radio Upgrade and Installation is in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business.

Please note: This requirement is being resolicited to replace Solicitation 1605C3-24-Q-0005 to add information inadvertently omitted in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 1.4 and Instructions to Bidders. The added information is highlighted in yellow. All offerors that submitted quotations previously must re-submit a quotation to incorporate the added information in this solicitation and in order to be considered.

The U.S. Department of Labor/Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)/Security Center (SEC), is soliciting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Radio Upgrade and Installation in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The period of performance shall be ninety (90) days from the date of award.
