## Description

Amendment 1 is being issued to extend the submission date for quotations to June 13, 2025 at 3:00pm EST and to add the responses to questions. The Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires an ozone generator as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) . This RFQ will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Award. This requirement will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award.

**Period of Performance:** June 18, 2025 - July 18, 2025. Questions pertaining to this RFQ are due by 03:00 PM EST on June 04, 2025.
