## Description

FPI needs inmate devices to be secure, manageable to work in our environment. Key Features and Benefits of the 10zig Zero Clients are the Stateless Design, which lack local storage, operating systems, or configuration settings, meaning all processing and data storage occur on the server which enhances the Security of the device. Also, the design of the 10 zig zero client is enhanced by the stateless design significantly enhances security, as there's nothing to steal or compromise on the device itself.

Simplified Management, of the 10 zig zero clients, are easy to deploy, manage, and maintain, as they require minimal configuration and updates. Cost-Effectiveness, the low cost of these zero clients, combined with reduced management overhead, can lead to significant cost savings. Virtual Desktop Access provided by Zero clients are designed to connect to virtual desktops or cloud-based applications, providing users with access to their computing environment from anywhere.

Firmware-Based, they use firmware to boot and connect to the network and server, rather than a traditional operating system which enhances security and management of the 10zig devices. The other brands that we have tested have management software that are from foreign nations that are not allowed to be on our network.
