## Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for transportation, storage and disposal of seized/forfeited chemicals in the Central District of California. See Material Safety Data Sheets for specific information on the chemicals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Chemical Services in the Central District of California.
