Per FAR 13.501(a)(2)(ii) the approved sole source justification is attached to this notice. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488190 - Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Victor J. Stamps, Contracting Officer, at Victor.J.Stamps@usdoj.gov. no later than 12:00 pm CST on September 24, 2024. No phone calls regarding questions will be accepted and will not receive a response.
