\n\nThe Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for District of Oregon Cable and Internet.
\n\nThe period of performance for this effort will be a 3-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is $4,778.80.
\n\nThis sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.
