## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Request for Quote Number: 15M10226QA4700125 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for FY 27-28 OGC Court Reporter USM-2023-000742.

The period of performance for this is 2 days in May 2026. The total estimated value is approximately $2912.00 and is being awarded to Diversified Reporting Services, Inc. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
