NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10224RA4700056 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for APC-FY24-000083 FY24-28 D12 C/CA - OCSD CLETS The period of performance for this effort will be a base year + four year contract. The total estimated value is approximately $58,539.03.

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
