NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10224QA4700285 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY24 A31 TOD-OSP 0046 FEO Badges The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period. The total estimated value is $21,420.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement.

This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
