## Description

**Amended RFQ to:**

a. Remove Buy American Act. Buy American statute is waived for an end product that is a COTS item (see 12.505(a)(1)), except that for an end product that consists wholly or predominantly of iron or steel or a combination of both, the domestic content test is applied only to the iron and steel content of the end product, excluding COTS fasteners.

b. Extend Due Date. Please see the attached RFP 15M10224QA4700049 for details. To ensure Responsiveness, please follow the directions in BOX 20 - SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES . If proposal is non-responsive, it will not be evaluated.

**INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Volume 1:** Quote Quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, single page with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc. Cage Code. The Government seeks additional discounts. All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/porta 1/public/SAM.

**Volume 2:** SF-1449 The SF-1449 shall be returned signed and with pricing.
