**812930 - Parking Lots and Garages Agency POC:** Kimberly Tran, Kimberly.tran@usdoj.gov The Department of Justice intends to negotiate with Colonial Parking, Inc on a sole source basis for approximately 197 parking permits located at Market Square East and West – 701 & 801 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC 20005. The base period of performance is estimated to be from date of award through September 30, 2024 with up to four (4) year options to extend the term of the contract.

The spaces will be assigned to Department of Justice employees. For safety purposes, the parking requested is in the working facility of the employees. No solicitation document exists. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
