**2/22/2024 - RFP Amendment 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to March 1, 2024 at 4:30pm ET. Offerors are advised that there is no requirement that an awarded firm be able to perform both secured and unsecured litigation and debt collection, but an awarded firm must be able to perform at least one of the two.
