The access for 194 users, DOJ Tax Division employees covers proprietary content including Bloomberg BNA Tax Management Portfolios, Daily Tax Report Newsletter, Proprietary Practice Tools & Analysis, and other related content. Due to the proprietary nature of these publications, Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. is the only known source for the information. The statutory authority for the proposed procurement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), only one responsible source. Contractors must be fully and actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The solicitation will not be distributed on the General Services Administration website (https://sam.gov/). This is not a formal solicitation, however, interested concerns must respond within ten (10) days from the date of this synopsis with written documentation, detailed data and pricing information that clearly demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement.
