The data and reports cover numerous topics that will be utilized by the DOJ to search, display, and video advertising spending; search engine referrals; and digital ad revenue earned by major media companies. The data and reports will be downloaded by DOJ staff and used in work product. Based on market research and interviews, eMarketer is the only source for data which pools information for spending on search advertising, display advertising, and video advertising. Obtaining this information requires extensive research into public and private companies which does not appear to be conducted by other market research firms. eMarketer is the only firm that is capable of fulfilling our requirements for value level of expertise and maintenance support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519190. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
