## Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to procure from MergerMarket, Ltd. 1345 Avenue of the Americas 49th floor New York, NY, on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1, a base plus four option year subscription to Policy and Regulatory Report (PaRR) for the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

Due to the proprietary nature of this publication, MergerMarket, Ltd. is the only known source for this publication, which provides antitrust current awareness and includes tracking of regulatory action and policy shifts and how the changes are adopted and implemented; news on antitrust enforcement, merger reviews and litigation; analysis of global antitrust investigations and merger reviews; daily aggregated and translated news and newsletters from around the world regarding mergers, antitrust enforcement, and other topics related to antitrust issues; statistical analysis on merger review trends and antitrust investigations; summary decisions and rulings by regulators and courts with access to the original source documents; an enforcement database that tracks investigations into anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and private litigation as well as a merger database that tracks the review process for major merger and acquisition transactions from around the world.

The data is used extensively by the Antitrust Department in order to complete their mission. The solicitation will not be distributed on the General Services Administration website (www.sam.gov). This is not a formal solicitation, however, interested concerns must respond within ten (10) days from the date of this synopsis with written documentation, detailed data and pricing information that clearly demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement.

Responses received as a result of this notice shall be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either bids or proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to marla.chesler@usdoj.gov.
