## Description

NDCAC/CIP has a requirement to support its mission with a variety of specialized experts to support programmatic, technical, operational, legislative, testing, and regulatory initiatives. The Contractor shall have a reach back capability and provide personnel with experience in ELSUR in a law enforcement environment, experience with CALEA implementation; and challenges and techniques associated with communications services in support of criminal investigations at the time of award.
