This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. It will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any updates. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531190, (Leasing of Building Space to the Federal Government by Owners). The FBI intends to negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.103-1 entitled, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation for consideration.
