The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing). The FBI intends to negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302?1(b)(1), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation for consideration.
