The FBI possesses robots manufactured by REMOTEC, Inc. The existing robots are required to upgrade to the Spartan to remain within industry standards and teach technicians on equipment they will encounter in the field. These robots are proprietary to REMOTEC, Inc., and they are the only manufacturer and distributer of these parts and upgrade capabilities.
