The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the North Shore MW Antenna Removal project. Only this suggested source can perform the requirement because the site access is controlled by Communications Leasing Inc. Communications Leasing, Inc dictates who may access and remove equipment from their sites. As such, Communications Leasing, Inc has identified and authorized Beacon Communications Construction Inc (Cage Code 7USV1) to perform the work as outlined in the statement of work. This notice will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237130. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
