The purpose of this Contract is to provide system support services such as preventive maintenance support, repair services, emergency services, and other related services to ensure the continuous operation and performance of the Reliable Controls Building Automation System (BAS) at four (4) different buildings at the FBI Academy Complex in Quantico, VA.
