## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial aviation databases prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 15F06725Q0000018 is issued on an unrestricted basis. Requirements under this solicitation will be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5 and other specific requirements as outlined in this RFQ with attachments.

The Government anticipates awarding a five-year, firm-fixed priced (FFP) Pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for Garmin Aviation Database Services Description of the Requirement: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution that includes Software as a Service (SaaS), implementation support, technical support, and licensing for the use of an automated platform.

The contractor will provide the Garmin Aviation Database service, using the Garmin "FlyGarmin Database website portal for downloading G1000, United States Standard + FLightCharts One Pak for the Cessna 182T and Cessna T206H and 206H, to include G1000 NXi. With the following items included within the standard Pak: Garmin Navigation, Obstacles, SafeTaxi, Airport Directory, FliteCharts, IFR/VFR Charts, Terrain, Basemap, and Frequency databases. See Statement of Work (Attachment 1) for additional information. The combined ceiling of all Calls issued under the resultant BPA will not exceed $500,000.00 during the five-year period of performance.
