## Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Pac Tech USA Packaging Technologies, Address: 328 Martin AVE, Santa Clara, California 95050-3112, United States for the purpose of procuring replacement singulation discs, spacer rings, and various-sized capillaries for the current reballer system. The items specifically being procured are utilized in the SB2 system, which is a unique, patented system only supplied by Pac Tech.

These machines require part replacement due to normal wear and tear. The SB2 system is proprietary to PacTech, and they are the only authorized US distributor of these parts. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
