The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to acquire an Indefinite Quantity of Flight Helmets and Accessories, including shipping.

The products being requested must be the exact products and currently Final Forge LLC (Blountville, TN) is the only vendor able to provide the Final Forge Flights Helmet and Accessories. The all support, maintenance, calibration, and update can only be performed by the manufacturer. Final Forge LLC. the vendor is only one that can provide any updates to improve or correct any deficiencies in the current equipment.
