## Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price Contract to acquire a Phalanx Shield system and Accessories, including shipping.

The products being requested must be the exact products and currently Final from Innovative Algorithms LLC. Coronado, CA is the only vendor able to provide the Q5i Unattended Ground Sensor, i5 Phalanx Shield PIR Sensor, Phalanx Shield Conduit/Gateway Ethernet, R5 Phalanx Shield Driver, Phalanx Shield User interface EULA, Custom Case, GETAC 14” Semi-Rugged Laptop Computer with a 3-year limited warranty, with tech support, maintenance, calibration, and software update.

The One-year tech support, One-year maintenance, calibration, and software update can only be performed by the manufacturer. Innovative Algorithms LLC. is the only one that can push out updates to improve or correct any deficiencies in the current system. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website (www.SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The associated Innovative Algorithms LLC. Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 – Engineering Services, and the size standard is $25,500,000.
