## Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, total small business, brand name or equal, firm fixed price contract for the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Logistical Support Unit (LSU). Please review the attached RFQ, Statement of Work, and Spec Sheet for further instruction.

This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration’s sam.gov website (www.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is NAICS 323100 - Printing and Related Support Activities Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of:

Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM.
