PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) from a single source under the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program to OSR Consulting LLC. located at 638 Deerfield Dr. Bridgeport, WV. This contract will provide onsite support to conduct an analysis and provide a final deliverable outlining an in-depth explanation of the findings in assocation with the Rap Back Service Fee connected to the Criminal History Record Information (CHRI), including Non-Criminal Justice (NCJ) Fingerprint-based background checks and namecheck.
