This Sources Sought Notification is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration to identify potential sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is identified as 332994 and size standard is listed at 1,000 employees. This notice is to notify companies that the DEA, is seeking qualified sources for the production of a precision .308 Winchester caliber rifle system or systems capable of semi-automatic fire for issue to Special Agents.
