Home Confinement services are specifically defined in chapter 10, Programs, of the SOW. Additional requirements for these services are referenced throughout the SOW as well. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ contract for services with a one-year base period, and four one-year options periods. The RRC requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum of 76 beds (68 males and 8 females) and an estimated maximum of 190 beds facility (170 males and 20 females) The Home Confinement requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum 60 placements and an estimated maximum 153 placements to include both male and female. It is the intent of the Government to award both line items (RRC and HC) to a single provider, as these services are interconnected and rely upon each other to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders.
