Quotations are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit detailed information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Bureau of Prisons’ needs. Responses must be received by December 27, 2024, by 11:00 a.m. EST. Responses to this notice must be directed to cjwilson@bop.gov. Information received will be considered exclusively for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
