Noted Posted 08/08/2024 Q and A posted 08/05/2024 The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), National Acquisitions Section (NAS), anticipates issuance of solicitation 15BNAS24Q00000015 for a definitive contract, firm-fixed price single award of Vocational (VT) National Credentialing.

The potential Offeror shall supply services to the agency to standardized vocational training instructional curriculums, on site staff training (if needed to teach to their curriculum), adult in custody certification, and an earned industry recognized student credential for each adult in custody participating. All vocational training companies wishing to participate are encouraged to submit a quotes that will offer the types of services.

All quotes shall be clear, legible, and conform to the following requirements: Times New Roman at a font size of (12) twelve points with a twenty (20) page limit. Offers shall notate pages which contain confidential/proprietary information. Quote pricing shall remain valid for ninety (90) days from the close of the solicitation. Quote shall be submitted electronically by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, August 08, 2024. Questions shall be sent via email to the Contracting Officer noted above.

All answers will be posted in writing on beta.sam.gov. Questions will not be answered verbally or individually. Questions should be received by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, August 2, 2024. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Beta SAM.gov website. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The website provides downloading instructions.
