This action will be a firm-fixed price award with a base period of twelve months and two twelve-month option periods for the Total Management System (TMS) Onsite software maintenance, support renewal and custom report writing for the vxSustain Enterprise Refrigerant. The scope of this acquisition is for TMS Onsite software maintenance and support renewal, custom report writing for TMS and software maintenance and support for the vxSustain Enterprise Refrigerant.

Facilities Management utilizes the programs to document Assets (Major Equipment, Fleet, etc.), B&F Construction Projects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Events (Inspections), Utilities, Refrigerant (Use/Loss/In-stock), and Corrective Maintenance performed for the Bureau.
