Deliveries will be made to the Honolulu Federal Detention Center, 351 Elliott St., Honolulu. HI 96819 (Back Gate – Elliott Street Entrance). The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be available on or about June 2, 2025, and will be distributed solely through SAM.GOV. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
