Vehicle must be picked up from NATIONAL BUS CENTER 4200 BUREAU ROAD N, TERRE HAUTE, IN 47802 and delivered to FDC HONOLULU 351 ELLIOTT STREET, HONOLULU, HI 96819. Delivery is to be completed within thirty (30). Delivery can be made Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., excluding holidays. Vehicle Information are as follows:
