Successful completion of the training program must qualify adults in custody (hereinafter referred to as AIC) at least entry-level employment in a specified field upon release. The contract period shall consist of a base year from effective date of award through 12 months and four one-year options for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the government. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611310, with a size standard of $34.5 million. This solicitation will be unrestricted. The estimated maximum number of annual sessions will be 256. The successful contractor shall provide employees with all the required experience and education as required. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 17, 2025, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.sam.gov.
