The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Landfill Spaces at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Leavenworth, Kansas. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Please review the attachment). The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract year shall consist of a 12-month base year with four (4) 12-month option years or renewal. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about May 29, 2025, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's SAM website. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The deadline for the completed market research questionnaire is June 16, 2025, at 1:00 pm CDT. All responses for the Market Research Questionnaire may be submitted through email at llwheeler@bop.gov.
