Remove the existing chiller and replace with a new chiller which must operate with R1233zd or R514A refrigerants and must be capable of operating at a 0.45 kW/ton efficiency. It must have the capability to have an operating temperature of 34 degrees F, without the usage of glycol and a capacity of 770 tons at 60/50 Hz.
