Hamilton Parkway 199 Flushing Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11232 Brooklyn, NY 11209 Brooklyn, NY 11205 The estimated number of pulls required annually for each location is as detailed below: 30 CY Open Top, MDC Outside Storage (2 each for 52 weeks); estimated number of pulls annually - 104 30 CY Open Top, Dayton Manor (2 each for 52 weeks); estimated number of pulls annually - 104 35 CY Compactor, MDC East & West Buildings (2 each, 2 times per week for 52 weeks); estimated number of pulls annually - 208 30 CY Open Top, Building 4 Outside Storage (1 each for 52 weeks); estimated number of pulls annually - 52 The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and 4 one-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the government. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection, (Size Standard of $47 million). This solicitation is a small business set aside. Required services must be provided by the Contractor in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), which will be available at the time of solicitation.
