The contractor will provide services within a 15-mile radius of Florence Town Hall located at 775 N. Main Street Florence, AZ 85132, and must also be located within a half-mile walking distance from local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on December 1, 2024, with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on November 30, 2029. The services required for this contract include a Base Year and Option Years One through Four. The following services are required and may be subcontracted to another licensed contractor. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services (CTS) most recent Statement of Work, dated October 2020. The request for quote will be available on or after September 20, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website (www.sam.gov).
