Services requested are: MAT - Intake Screening, MAT - Psychiatric Evaluation and Report, TeleMAT- Psychiatric Evaluation and Report, MAT Follow-Up and Report, and MAT - Administration of Medication. All MAT services must be provided by practitioners licensed and certified to provide MAT in the state where services will be rendered. MAT services are to be delivered predominantly by telehealth, with in-person services as needed or required, to AICs who are in community placement throughout the nation and where a need for MAT exist.
