The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project titled Replace AHU’s East at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC Brooklyn), located in Brooklyn, New York. MDC Brooklyn is a federal correctional facility located at 80 29th Street, Brooklyn, New York 11232. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: Replace AHU’s East The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Replace AHU’s East at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC Brooklyn). The contractor shall be responsible for replacing and upgrading Air Handling Units, Return Fans, Exhaust Fans and related components.
