This is a commercial services requirement involving both materials and labor. The contractor shall remove the existing heat exchanger, supply a new Patterson Kelley (or equal) heat exchanger, and install and test the new unit in accordance with the specifications provided in the Statement of Work. All equipment must meet or exceed the performance characteristics of the existing Patterson Kelley system. If an “equal” product is proposed, the contractor must submit full technical specifications for Government review and acceptance. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, hardware, and equipment necessary to complete the work and restore the boiler to full operational functionality.
