## Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, intends to issue a solicitation for services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Jesup, located at 2600 Highway 301 South, Jesup, Georgia 31599. The Field Acquisition Office seeks to award a contract to a responsible contractor for sewer line cleaning, closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools necessary to mechanically clean, inspect and remove debris from sewer lines at FCI Jesup. Work shall include:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to mechanically clean, perform CCTV inspection, and remove debris from approximately 8,407 linear feet of sewer lines at FCI Jesup. Work includes mechanical cleaning using high-pressure water jetting (minimum 3,000 PSI), removal and off-site disposal of debris, and post-cleaning CCTV inspection with a self-propelled, color camera system. Pipe sizes range from 4” to 12” ductile iron.

Contractors must document sewer line conditions and infiltration points. The estimated footage is provided for bidding and evaluation purposes; actual quantities may vary slightly. Chemical, acid, or caustic cleaning methods are not permitted. See attached Sow of Work (SOW), and drawings for detailed contractor responsibilities and acceptable methods.
