## Description

Please be advised that this notice is not a solcitation. Thepurpose of this notice is to acknowledge the justification for other than full and open competition for comprehensive medical services for the Federal Correctional Institution at Terminal Island. This service is deemed essential to maintain the healthcare needs of the inmate population. Monthly purchase orders will be taken plaace until a new CMS contract is fulfgilled. The period of peformance will be from September 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
