SCHEDULING WILL BE MADE AT 503-843-6773** Weekly deliveries of milk. Weekly quantities may differ, will place order each week prior to delivery. Provide an invoice with each delivery. Either to the warehouse staff or electronically to FCI Sheridan. Firm Fixed Price Your quote must include the following:

1) Specification of each item quoted 2) Delivery lead time from time of award until expected delivery to FCI Sheridan 3) Price per unit of each item Award will be based on a best value trade off determination in which price, specifications, past performance and delivery schedule will be reviewed.
